This piece is suitable for tremolo technique practice. The composition is "Theme" -  "1st variation-arpeggio" - "2nd variation-tremolo". Arpeggio" - "Variation 2: Tremolo".  Each of the three parts has the same fingering.
Since the fingering is the same in each of the three parts, only the picking changes, so you can focus on picking exercises. You can specialize in picking exercises. From a simple "theme section," through a "fast sixteenth-note arpeggio," to a "treble section. The transition from a simple "theme" to a "fast sixteenth-note arpeggio" and then to a "tremolo" makes this an effective practice piece. Fingerings can be practiced even by beginners.

The fingering can be handled by beginners without any problem, and can be used as a daily "warm-up" for picking. 

This is also useful as an everyday "warm-up" for picking.
